The Centre for Ageing Better published a report today about the importance of a Midlife MOT being tried out by Aviva, L&G, Mercer and The Pensions Advisory. They all agreed on the benefits of engaging their employees aged over 45 on topics such as health, finance and their careers. Attention is growing on the relevance for midlife career coaching, looking forward to discuss the urgency of intergenerational team development with an ageing workforce being managed by younger managers and other intergenerational challenges organisations are facing to keep their younger and older employees motivated and engaged.
