Being old does not mean you are past it and being young does not make you clueless. Ryan Heath published ‘Please just F* Off, It’s Our Turn Now’ in 2006 arguing that babyboomers needed to make space for millennials. Thirteen years later he admits that Babyboomers can still contribute by having extensive corporate knowledge compared to digital savvy millennials who have a tendency to think they can google all answers online without knowing the fundamentals or the history.
