When people join an organisation, they don’t leave their age at the door. Today’s businesses often comprise staff from up to four generations – with different experiences and working styles. Our aim is to work among and across those generations (offering midlife career coaching and intergenerational team development) to ensure businesses capture the strengths of each.

I have over 25 years of international business experience including over 15 years as a career coach helping many professionals reach their career goals. I specialise in midlife career coaching and am a certified Core Quadrant trainer working with the Core quadrant model to help people understand themselves, improve relationships and sharpen organisation attention.

OUR INTEREST
Being a Generation X (born between 1966-1980) person myself, I have researched in detail the differences and similarities of each generation. I recognise the stigmas and prejudices that people of different generations experience working with older and younger colleagues which can cause a team to stagnate. Our interest is in re-setting viewpoints and re-energising teams and individuals to ensure strengths and not negatives are brought to the fore.
